8861 (2024). Hon Peeni Henare to the Attorney-General: As of 24 April, 2024, what, if any, briefings, reports, aides memoire, memos, advice, or other documents has the Minister seen regarding Crown Law and the Waitangi Tribunal, by date and title?

Hon Judith Collins: Crown Law acts for the Crown in a significant number of claims to the Waitangi Tribunal. Crown Law routinely briefs the Attorney-General on such claims, and litigation before the courts arising from them.
