Tangi Utikere to the Minister for State Owned Enterprises: What access to postal services will be available to residents of Shannon, Foxton Beach, and the surrounding rural Manawatū communities following the closure of their local NZ Post service counters, given the distance from those communities to the nearest planned retail hub?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that information about where customers can find out about changes to their local NZ Post store, and where they’ll be able to find nearby services, is available on the NZ Post website.
