8836 (2026). Lan Pham to the Minister for Infrastructure: How many projects have been declined approval under the Fast-Track Approvals Act 2024 between its gazetting and 17 March 2026?

Hon Chris Bishop: As of 17 March 2026, no substantive applications have been declined. Noting that this does not include the Delmore, or Taranaki VTM Project. The respective applicant for each project decided to withdraw their application from consideration by an expert panel, after having received a draft decline decision.
