8833 (2026). Hon Jan Tinetti to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: Does she accept the People's Select Committee’s finding that the only evidence of attempts to “game the system” in pay equity processes came from government agencies rather than workers or unions; if not, what examples can she provide of gaming by claimants under the previous regime?
