Hon Jan Tinetti to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: How many workers were covered by the 33 cancelled claims, broken down by sector (for example, health, care and community support, libraries, education, public service), and what is the estimated annual wage income those workers have foregone as a result of claims being stopped rather than settled?

Hon Brooke van Velden: The claims do not sit in my portfolio. I am responsible for the overall system, not individual claims.
