8825 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: Further to Reply 7174 (2026), has NZTA undertaken any internal disciplinary proceedings in relation to the fraudulent conversion of the 488 licences; and what changes, if any, have been made to NZTA's licence conversion processes to prevent recurrence?

Hon Chris Bishop: NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi (NZTA) advises me there were no issues found in the conversion of these licences that related to the duties and processes of NZTA staff.
