8812 (2026). Lemauga Lydia Sosene to the Minister responsible for Ministerial Services: How much, if anything, has been spent on the maintenance and refurbishment of Premier House in 2024/25 and to date in 2025/26 and how does that breakdown by project?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: I am advised by Ministerial Services that actual costs incurred for the maintenance and refurbishment of Premier House in FY2024/25 is available as part of the Department of Internal Affairs’ annual report, this available here - https://www.dia.govt.nz/diawebsite.nsf/Files/2024-25-DIA-Annual-Report/$file/2024-25-DIA-Annual-Report.pdf. The Premier House Remedial Works project is ongoing, and as such, costs are not yet final.
