8805 (2026). Lan Pham to the Minister for Infrastructure: In total, how much money has the EPA invoiced applicants for costs associated with the Fast-Track Approvals Act process, between its assent and 17 March 2026?

Hon Chris Bishop: Up to 17 March 2026, the Environmental Protection Authority has invoiced applicants $15 million. This amount represents cost recovery on behalf of all participating agencies but excludes the levy cost of $140,000 per application, which covers general overhead costs.
