8803 (2024). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Police: What process (if any) exists for a person to establish whether or not they are on the gang register held by the Gang Harm Insights Centre referred to in WPQ 4040 (2024)?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that an individual can make a request to Police under the Privacy Act 2020 for what information is held about them.
