8796 (2026). Lemauga Lydia Sosene to the Minister responsible for Ministerial Services: How much, if anything, was spent in 2024/25 and to date in 2025/26 on carpet for Premier House and how much, if any, new carpet installed was wool carpet?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: I am advised by Ministerial Services that $38,758 was spent on carpet in FY2024/25. $3,411 has been spent on carpet in FY2025/26 as at 28 February 2026. All new carpet installed is 100% New Zealand wool. Replacement was required as the carpet was showing significant wear and tear and was last replaced in 1990.
