8789 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Transport: What consultations did the Minister’s departments, if any, open on the week beginning 24 February 2025 with employees around any changes to employment roles, employment numbers and any other employment conditions, and what date are any such consultations expected to close?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that no such consultations were opened with employees for the week beginning 24 February at the Ministry of Transport. I am advised that in the week beginning 24 February 2025, NZTA began consultation with employees in the Customer and Services Group. The consultation period is expected to close on 13 March 2025.
