8780 (2024). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: What, if any, has been the total dollar increase or decrease for all of the Minister’s relevant Ministries, Agencies and Departments spend on contractors and consultants since 27 November 2023, to the week of Monday 15 April?

Hon Simeon Brown: The Ministries, Agencies and Departments I am responsible for as Minister of Transport report on contract and consultancy spend annually to the Transport and Infrastructure Committee. I do not consider it in the public interest to commit officials' time to calculating this ahead of these publications.
