8757 (2024). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister for Children: What are the names of the two consulting firms Oranga Tamariki is contracting to assist with the organisation's restructure and change proposal, and what is the length and cost of their contracts?

Hon Karen Chhour: I am advised that Oranga Tamariki has engaged the following two consultants to assist with the organisational design: • Deloitte • Campbell Squared Communications Ltd Further to my answer to WPQ 8527, Deloitte commenced work on the organisational design on 27 November 2023 and concluded on 12 April 2024. The contracted fee for this service was $697,000 (excluding GST and AoG fee). Campbell Squared Communications Ltd conducted work from December 2023 to May 2024. The consultancy fee was $127,500 (excluding GST).
