Lan Pham to the Minister of Agriculture: Does the Minister, in his role as Minister for Agriculture, support the Wastewater Environmental Performance Standards limit for nitrogen discharges to class 1 land of 550 kg/ha/yr, while the Synthetic nitrogen fertiliser cap for dairy farms is 190 kg/ha/yr?
