8745 (2026). Hon Barbara Edmonds to the Minister of Finance: What is the pass-through rate, if any, of global oil price movements to domestic petrol and diesel prices in New Zealand?

Hon Nicola Willis: I am advised there is not a fixed flow through rate because of a number of factors such as the exchange rate, market responses and refining costs.
