8729 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Housing: How, if at all, will Kāinga Ora ensure that staff have a strong sense of being listened to as its Reset, Resize, Renew programme progresses?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that as part of Reset, Resize, Renew, Kāinga Ora will consult with all its people on any proposed changes to its organisational design. A structured process is being followed to ensure that people are kept informed at each stage.
