Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Housing: Did Kāinga Ora undertake an Organisational Health Index survey of its staff last year and if so, what details of the findings of that survey have been shared with staff, and what details of the findings of that survey have been shared with senior managers?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that it conducted the Organisational Health Index (OHI) in November 2024. Staff / Employees had the opportunity to attend two online results briefings run by the Chief Executive. The December briefing provided high level themes and insights of the results and was supported by an article on the intranet. The February briefing provided further information on key findings supported with an OHI Results Summary Report made available to all employees on the intranet. The Chief Executive and direct reports received a result briefing from the external OHI consultant / provider in December 2024 supported by an OHI Results Report. Direct reports to the Chief Executive then received Business Unit specific results.
