Hon Mark Mitchell: As the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery, I regularly request and receive advice from officials on matters relating to my Emergency Management and Recovery portfolio. I received the following documents from the Chief Executive, Cyclone Recovery Unit: • Regional recovery structure capability funding: Third report back, 27 February 2025 • Cyclone Recovery Unit Fortnightly Report (28 February 2025), 28 February 2025. Jointly with the Minister for Social Development, I also received one document from officials in the National Emergency Management Agency and the Ministry of Social Development on 26 February 2025. It is not in the public interest to release the title of this document. Jointly with the Ministers of Finance and Local Government, I also received one document from officials in the Department of Internal Affairs on 28 February 2025. It is not in the public interest to release the title of this document. In addition, staff in my office may informally receive documents, including draft documents, from officials in NEMA, CRU and the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet and from other agencies, and from Ministers’ offices.
