Hūhana Lyndon to the Minister of Internal Affairs: What reports, briefings, memos, aides-memoire, notes or written advice, if any, has she received on how the job cuts to the Department of Internal Affairs could impact the provision of services, listed by agency, title and date received?

Hon Brooke van Velden: None. I am advised that these decisions are the responsibility of the relevant Chief Executive. Furthermore, I am advised that these decisions on organisational change proposals are still to be finalised and are subject to staff consultation. This advice will remain confidential until Budget 2024 is announced on 30 May 2024.
