8536 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: On what date, if at all, did he sign the briefing, “Variation Request to IAF Funding Agreement with Hutt City Council, Riverlink Development” and was that date before or after Treasury provided their advice not supporting the variation request?

Hon Chris Bishop: My office received the briefing “Variation Request to IAF Funding Agreement with Hutt City Council, Riverlink Development [GSR-25-18517]” on 12 March 2025 which I signed on 17 March 2025. I did not receive advice from Treasury on the Riverlink variation.
