Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Finance: On what date, if at all, did she sign the briefing, “Variation Request to IAF Funding Agreement with Hutt City Council, Riverlink Development” and was that date before or after Treasury provided their advice not supporting the variation request?

Hon Nicola Willis: Corrected reply: My office received Treasury's advice on 24 March 2025, and I signed the Variation Request to IAF Funding Agreement on 27 March 2025.
