Hon Karen Chhour: I am advised in June 2023, Oranga Tamariki ran a contestable Request for Proposal (RFP) process to establish the Transformation Management Office (TMO). The scope of the RFP included procuring services for development of an Operating Model, organisational design and advisory services. The RFP closed on 17 July 2023. By 24 August 2023 the evaluation panel had completed its role and agreed to award the Transformation Management Office contract to Deloitte.
