Hon Penny Simmonds: I advise the member that I have received one briefing from the Tertiary Education Commission as follows: Date Reference Title 09 Feb 2024 B-24-00072 Tertiary Education Report: Fiscal Objectives for Budget 2024 I have been advised that the TEC is not expecting any provision of services to be affected.
