Hon Karen Chhour: I am advised Oranga Tamariki engaged Deloitte for their organisational design and operating model development expertise and experience. I am advised that Oranga Tamariki engaged Campbell Squared Communications Ltd to provide strategic organisational change and communications advice including delivery of a Communications Strategy to support the Organisation Change and Restructure. The organisational design team was also made up of subject matter experts from within Oranga Tamariki who have significant expertise in the care and protection of children.
