8499 (2024). Hon Rachel Brooking to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: Is the Minister aware of any individuals appointed to the fast-track approvals process advisory board having interests in the potential project applications received so far?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am not aware of any applications received so far. There is a process in place to manage conflicts of interest.
