8485 (2024). Hūhana Lyndon to the Minister for Land Information: What reports, briefings, memos, aides-memoire, notes or written advice, if any, has he received on how the 6.5% budget cuts to Land Information New Zealand will impact the provision of services, listed by agency, title and date received?

Hon Chris Penk: I have received advice from Toitū Te Whenua Land Information New Zealand however, these decisions will be finalised after final Cabinet decisions on Budget 2024, which has not yet occurred. I am advised that these decisions are the responsibility of the relevant Chief Executive. Listed below is the advice I have received by date and title: • BRF 24-259 Briefing on the Savings Response to the Minister of Finance - received 23 January 2024 • BRF 24-281 Response to the Minister of Finance on Budget 2024 savings - received 9 February 2024 • BRF 24-384 Upcoming organisational Change proposal - received 5 April 2024.
