8473 (2024). Hūhana Lyndon to the Minister of Customs: What reports, briefings, memos, aides-memoire, notes or written advice, if any, has she received on how the 6.5% budget cuts to the New Zealand Customs Service will impact the provision of services, listed by agency, title and date received?

Hon Casey Costello: The New Zealand Customs Service (Customs) has provided me with a range of documents advising of their cost savings work through their fiscal sustainability programme. Additionally, I have received advice from Customs officials on this work in-person. However, as these documents relate to Cabinet decisions that are yet to be made as part of Budget 2024, I am unable to provide further information at this time.
