Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Lead Coordination Minister for the Government's Response to the Royal Commission's Report into the Terrorist Attack on the Christchurch Mosques: Is it the Minister’s expectation that they review and/or approve cost-saving plans relating to their departments, ministries and agencies, prior to Cabinet considering the full budget package?

Hon Judith Collins: In my capacity as the Lead Coordination Minister for the Government's Response to the Royal Commission’s Report into the Terrorist Attack on the Christchurch Mosques, I am not a Responsible Minister. The Prime Minister is the Responsible Minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet.
