8353 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Corrections: How many seconded staff, broken down by end of employment date and portfolio, in the Minister's office, if any, were terminated or resigned before the completion of their secondment?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that at any one time, Corrections seconds two private secretary roles to the office of the Minister of Corrections. Since I took office, there have been three private secretaries seconded to support me in my Corrections portfolio. One of the private secretary roles had a change in staff on 23 September 2024 due to the role holder taking another position in the department. I am further advised that no staff seconded to my office have been terminated or resigned from Corrections during this time. This is also my response to WPQ 8363 (2025).
