8334 (2025). Teanau Tuiono to the Minister for Sport and Recreation: What projects, if any, that are specific to Pacific Peoples are being currently being supported in the Horowhenua area?

Hon Mark Mitchell: The Government Agency responsible for Sport and Recreation (Sport New Zealand) do not directly fund or support projects targeted at Pacific Peoples in the Horowhenua area. However, partner organisations such as Sport Manawatu, have projects which support this population group.
