8301 (2025). Teanau Tuiono to the Minister for Whānau Ora: What projects, if any, that are specific to Pacific Peoples are being currently being supported in the Horowhenua area?

Hon Tama Potaka: "Whānau Ora operates through a devolved commissioning model where Te Puni Kōkiri purchases the expertise, networks and knowledge of Commissioning Agencies. Pasifika Futures is the Commissioning Agency responsible for delivering Whānau Ora to Pacific peoples throughout Aotearoa and directly contracts with service providers to deliver initiatives that best meet the needs and aspirations of Pacific peoples. The direct oversight of contracted services sits with the Commissioning Agency.
