8300 (2025). Shanan Halbert to the Minister of Police: Will the Minister commit funding to New Zealand Police to train staff to identify and respond to hate motivated offending against the Rainbow community if that’s what New Zealand Police needs?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I have not received any advice that Police needs funding for this purpose.
