Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Economic Growth: What policy changes, if any, have occurred in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, following the Cabinet directive on 13 September 2024 that 'public services should be prioritised on the basis of need, not race'?

Hon Nicola Willis: I am advised that with regard to the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment the answer is none, and that MBIE’s procurement planning has processes in place to ensure that government requirements are met. With regard to New Zealand Growth Capital Partners, I am also advised the answer is none.
