Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Tourism and Hospitality: What exemptions from the expectations set out in the Needs-based Service Provision Cabinet office circular of 13 September 2024, if any, have been requested in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any?

Hon Louise Upston: As Minister for Tourism & Hospitality, I have no responsibility for any government departments or Ministries. With regard to Crown entities under the Tourism & Hospitality portfolio, I am advised that for Tourism New Zealand, no exemptions have been requested from the expectations set out in the Needs-based Service Provision Cabinet office circular of 13 September 2024.
