8226 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Disability Issues: What exemptions from the expectations set out in the Needs-based Service Provision Cabinet office circular of 13 September 2024, if any, have been requested in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any?

Hon Louise Upston: I am advised by the Ministry of Disabled People - Whaikaha has not requested any exemptions. I am further advised by the Ministry of Social Development (the Ministry) that there are no exemptions the Ministry is aware of to the circular.
