8189 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Police: What advice, if any, has the Minister requested regarding the implications of the Needs-based Service Provision Cabinet office Circular of 13 September 2024 for their departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, listed by date and title?

Hon Mark Mitchell: Titles of advice I have received are proactively released periodically on Police's website. The Serious Fraud Office does not provide services that require a needs-based assessment and has not been asked for, or provided, any advice to the Minister on this subject, including on exemptions. This is also my response to Written Parliamentary Questions 8163 (2026).
