8183 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Pacific Peoples: What advice, if any, has the Minister requested regarding the implications of the Needs-based Service Provision Cabinet office Circular of 13 September 2024 for their departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, listed by date and title?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: On 16 September 2024, my office requested a weekly report update on the work the Ministry for Pacific Peoples (the Ministry) is undertaking to address the issues raised in the Needs based Service Provision Cabinet Office Circular (CO(24)5). I refer the Member to my reply to WPQ 8157 (2026), which summarises the weekly report update provided by the Ministry at the time in relation to the Cabinet Circular.
