8143 (2025). Hon Barbara Edmonds to the Associate Minister of Finance: How frequently will the Overseas Investment Act Reform be reviewed, if at all?

Hon David Seymour: The Treasury has stewardship responsibilities for the Overseas Investment Act 2005. These include ongoing responsibilities to monitor the system and review it at appropriate intervals to determine whether it is still fit-for-purpose.
