Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Land Information: What exemptions from the expectations set out in the Needs-based Service Provision Cabinet office circular of 13 September 2024, if any, have been requested in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any?

Hon Chris Penk: Land Information New Zealand does not provide needs‑based services. As such, no exemptions from the expectations set out in the Needs‑Based Service Provision Cabinet Office Circular of 13 September 2024 have been requested.
