Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister for the Public Service: How many staff were appointed to a role that had the same or substantially similar responsibilities to the position from which they were made redundant, of those made redundant at ministries, agencies and/or departments for which the Minister is responsible since 27 November 2023?

Hon Judith Collins: I am advised that no Public Service Commission employees that have been made redundant since 27 November 2023 have been reappointed within the Commission. The Commission does not hold this information for employees who were made redundant from the Commission and have been employed at other agencies.
