8100 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Foreign Affairs: What policy changes, if any, have occurred in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, following the Cabinet directive on 13 September 2024 that 'public services should be prioritised on the basis of need, not race'?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: I refer the Member to my response to WPQ 388 (2025). I am advised that policy's at Antarctica New Zealand and the Asia New Zealand Foundation have always been consistent with the expectations set out in the Cabinet Office Circular.
