Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised by the Ministry for Ethnic Communities that $512,207 in redundancy payments have been paid since 27 November 2023. This can be broken down to: (1) $232,113 of these payments were in the voluntary redundancy payments and $280,094 were other redundancies. (2) The average for voluntary redundancies was $46,423; other redundancies was $46,682
