Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Foreign Affairs: What exemptions from the expectations set out in the Needs-based Service Provision Cabinet office circular of 13 September 2024, if any, have been requested in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: I refer the member to my response to WPQ 388 (2025). I am advised that Antarctica New Zealand and the Asia New Zealand Foundation have not been granted any exemptions.
