Hon Louise Upston: As Minister for Tourism and Hospitality, I have no responsibility for any government departments or ministries. With regard to Crown entities under the Tourism and Hospitality portfolio, I am advised that Tourism New Zealand paid $856,396 in redundancy payments. The average payout was $57,093. There were no voluntary redundancies offered.
