Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Mental Health: What policy changes, if any, have occurred in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, following the Cabinet directive on 13 September 2024 that 'public services should be prioritised on the basis of need, not race'?

Hon Matt Doocey: I am advised that the Mental Health and Wellbeing Commission does not make prioritisation decisions in relation to service provision and is therefore not impacted by the Cabinet Office circular: Needs-based Service Provision CO(24)5.
