Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery: What policy changes, if any, have occurred in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, following the Cabinet directive on 13 September 2024 that 'public services should be prioritised on the basis of need, not race'?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that no policy changes have occurred within the National Emergency Management Agency regarding the Needs-based Service Provision Cabinet Office Circular dated 13 September 2024.
