8000 (2024). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Justice: What advice (if any) did the minister receive in respect of the appropriate gangs to list in the schedule to the Gangs Legislation Amendment Bill?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: The Gangs Legislation Amendment Bill carries over the list of gangs set out in the Prohibition of Gang Insignia in Government Premises Act 2013, and associated Regulations. This approach is consistent with advice I have received.
