7980 (2026). Lan Pham to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: Which Ministers, if any, listed by name and portfolio, declared conflicts of interest in relation to the Resource Management (Duration of Consents) Amendment Bill?

Hon Chris Bishop: Details regarding conflicts of interest are not generally disclosed, in order to ensure the confidentiality of Cabinet proceedings, to maintain the effective conduct of public affairs and, in some cases, to protect personal privacy. This has been the approach of successive administrations and I do not intend to depart from it.
