7915 (2026). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Associate Minister of Justice: What papers, if any, did the Minister take to Cabinet during the week beginning 2 March 2026, by title and date?

Hon Nicole McKee: I took the following four papers to Cabinet: • 3 March 2026: Land Valuation Tribunal: Appointments and Reappointments • 3 March 2026: Community Magistrates: Appointments • 5 March 2026: Sale and Supply of Alcohol (Improving Alcohol Regulation) Amendment Bill: Approval for introduction I took two further papers to Cabinet, but I believe it would prejudice the orderly and effective conduct of government decision making processes to release the titles at this time.
