Hon Judith Collins: Crown Law did not make any budgetary provisions or caps for redundancy payments since 27 November 2023. Redundancy expenses were calculated and accounted for at the time of restructuring decisions being made. PCO did not make any budgetary provisions or caps for redundancy payments since 27 November 2023.
